Il reato contestato ai due complici \u00e8 quello del concorso in ricettazione di autovetture rinvenute, dagli stessi militari dell\u2019Arma, nel cortile di un\u2019abitazione rurale, ubicata in via De Sanctis a San Cipriano d\u2019Aversa, a loro riconducibile. Le autovetture ritrovate, sono risultate oggetto di rapine in danno di persone della provincia di Caserta e pi\u00f9 precisamente dell\u2019area aversana. Le auto, un\u2019Alfa Romeo Giulietta immatricolata nel 2015 ed una Lancia Y 10, anch\u2019essa immatricolata nel 2015, sono state rapinate ai legittimi proprietari tra il mese di ottobre e novembre, mentre una terza autovettura, un Mercedes CLS, immatricolata nel 2013, \u00e8 stata rapinata nel settembre di quello stesso anno 2013 sempre al legittimo proprietario.
