Si conclude una &#8220;vicenda giudiziaria&#8221; per <strong><em>Mario Fusco<\/em><\/strong>, ex consigliere comunale nel Comune di Mondragone, alle prese con il processo di cui c&#8217;\u00e8 stata sentenza lo scorso 28 marzo, in riferimento ai N. 866\/15 R.G. ed 147\/20 R.G.<br \/>\nA dichiararlo \u00e8 lo stesso Mario Fusco che, alla nostra redazione, ha dichiarato: &#8220;I rappresentanti del popolo farebbero bene a fornire spiegazioni del proprio agire nelle preposte sedi politiche ed istituzionali, evitando possibilmente di ricorrere in Procura per richieste di condanne, talvolta, improbabili e infondate.<br \/>\nNello stesso processo che ha visto condannato l&#8217;ex direttore de &#8220;La Gazzetta di Caserta&#8221;, per la pubblicazione di una foto che le perizie e le testimonianze accertavano non riguardanti l&#8217;ex sindaco Schiappa &#8211; chi scrive (difeso dall\u2019Avv. <strong><em>Francesco Lavanga<\/em><\/strong> ) e la giornalista Marilena Natale &#8211; sono stati assolti da tutte le accuse perch\u00e9 il fatto non costituisce reato!
