Esecuzione di un decreto di sequestro preventivo, emesso dal G.I.P. del Tribunale di Santa Maria Capua Vetere su richiesta della locale Procura, nei confronti di una societ\u00e0 con sede in Sessa Aurunca (CE) e del relativo complesso aziendale per un valore complessivo stimato in circa 20 milioni di euro, tra cui figura il noto e storico villaggio turistico del litorale domizio, denominato Italy Village&#8221; (gi\u00e0 &#8220;Villaggio degli Svedesi&#8221; costruito nel 1968 e di propriet\u00e0 di alcuni sindacati svedesi) e composto da 227 villette ed un terreno di oltre 13 mila metri quadri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il provvedimento compendia gli esiti di una complessa indagine di polizia giudiziaria svolta dai militari della Tenenza di Sessa Aurunca, nel cui ambito \u00e8 emerso che la societ\u00e0 in questione avrebbe acquistato il predetto villaggio turistico ad un valore notevolmente inferiore rispetto a quello reale, attraverso un&#8217;operazione di reimpiego di proventi illeciti, posta in essere da (L.M.) in qualit\u00e0 di socio unico nonch\u00e9 legale rappresentante della medesima societ\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/SEQUESTRO-FINANZA-BAIA-DOMIZIA.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-34404\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/SEQUESTRO-FINANZA-BAIA-DOMIZIA.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"698\" height=\"905\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; SESSA AURUNCA.
