MONDRAGONE. I CARABINIERI FORESTALE DELLA STAZIONE DI ROCCAMONFINA (CE), ALLERTATI DALLE GUARDIE VOLONTARIE DEL W.W.F., DENUNCIANO DUE PERSONE INTENTE AD ABBATTERE AVIFAUNA ACQUATICA MIGRATORIA CON L\u2019UTILIZZO DI RICHIAMO ACUSTICO VIETATO. <\/b><\/p>\n
<\/u><\/u><\/b>A seguito di iniziale accertamento, operato dalle Guardie Particolari Giurate Venatorie del W.W.F. \u201cFondo Mondiale per la Natura \u2013 Italia Onlus\u201d \u2013 Nucleo Provinciale di Caserta, che hanno individuato due persone intente ad esercitare attivit\u00e0 venatoria all\u2019avifauna acquatica migratoria, sulle sponde di uno stagno artificiale, alla localit\u00e0 \u201cFosso Recinto\u201d del comune di Mondragone (CE), avvalendosi di un richiamo acustico a funzionamento elettromagnetico vietato, sono intervenuti i Militari appartenenti alla Stazione Carabinieri Forestale di Roccamonfina (CE), all\u2019uopo allertati dalla Centrale Operativa 112 del Reparto Territoriale Carabinieri di Mondragone.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
Ai trasgressori sono stati quindi sottoposti a sequestro giudiziario i due fucili da caccia calibro 12 in loro uso, nr. 147 cartucce cariche ed il richiamo acustico a funzionamento elettromagnetico completo di diffusori acustici, cavetterie e batterie. <\/u><\/u>I predetti sono stati denunciati in stato di libert\u00e0, in concorso, per esercizio di attivit\u00e0 venatoria con l\u2019utilizzo di mezzo non consentito (richiamo acustico a funzionamento elettromagnetico). <\/u><\/u>Uno dei due soggetti \u00e8 stato deferito anche per violazione sulla normativa vigente sul\u00a0controllo delle armi perch\u00e9 risultato\u00a0privo del necessario porto d\u2019armi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
