{"id":28096,"date":"2020-12-30T07:48:29","date_gmt":"2020-12-30T06:48:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=28096"},"modified":"2020-12-30T07:48:29","modified_gmt":"2020-12-30T06:48:29","slug":"cronaca-autolavaggio-sotto-sequestro-scarico-abusivo-di-acque","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=28096","title":{"rendered":"CRONACA &#8211; Autolavaggio sotto sequestro: scarico abusivo di acque"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>CRONACA<\/strong>. <strong>I CARABINIERI FORESTALE SOTTOPONGONO A SEQUESTRO UN AUTOLAVAGGIO DEI MEZZI DELL\u2019IMPRESA PER SCARICO ABUSIVO DELLE ACQUE REFLUE DIRETTAMENTE NEL FIUME VOLTURNO<\/strong><br \/>\nMilitari appartenenti alla Stazione Carabinieri Forestale di Pietramelara (CE), coadiuvati dai tecnici dell&#8217;ARPAC \u2013 Dipartimento Provinciale di Caserta, si sono portati in comune di Dragoni (CE), alla localit\u00e0 \u201cPonte Margherita\u201d, laddove hanno svolto un controllo ad un\u2019impresa operante nel settore della logistica e dei trasporti su gomma.<br \/>\nNel corso della verifica i predetti militari hanno individuato una condotta che dall&#8217;interno dell&#8217;azienda scaricava i reflui provenienti dall&#8217;attivit\u00e0 di autolavaggio dei propri mezzi di trasporto (circa 70 camion), senza alcun trattamento, direttamente sull&#8217;adiacente argine del Fiume Volturno e da questi confluivano nel sottostante corso d\u2019acqua.<br \/>\nIn particolare l\u2019accertamento documentale ha permesso di stabilire che la ditta in questione non era in possesso di alcun titolo autorizzatorio per lo scarico di acque reflue in questione.<br \/>\nAlla luce di quanto ravvisato, i militari hanno provveduto a sequestrare d&#8217;iniziativa l&#8217;area dove veniva esercitata l&#8217;attivit\u00e0 di autolavaggio dei mezzi dell\u2019impresa con tutte le attrezzature e lo scarico abusivo di acque reflue industriali, per l\u2019accertata violazione penale in materia ambientale a carico del legale rappresentante della societ\u00e0.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; CRONACA.
