INQUINAMENTO DEL TORRENTE AGNENA<br \/>\nINDIVIDUATA L&#8217;AZIENDA RESPONSABILE.<br \/>\nBonavitacola: &#8220;Compiacimento per il risultato delle indagini&#8221;. &#8220;Desidero esprimere vivo compiacimento per i risultati delle attivit\u00e0 investigative coordinate dalla Procura della Repubblica di Santa Maria Capua Vetere ed effettuate dai Carabinieri Forestali e dalla Guardia Costiera di Caserta, con il supporto tecnico dell\u2019Arpac.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\nPuntuali e scrupolose indagini hanno consentito di risalire alle cause del grave inquinamento ambientale che nel maggio scorso interesso\u2019 il torrente Agnena con foce nel litorale di Castelvolturno.<br \/>\nIl successo dell\u2019operazione dimostra che il contrasto efficace dei reati ambientali pu\u00f2 produrre risultati rapidi e di grande rilievo. Occorre mantenere alta la vigilanza per prevenire inquinamenti futuri davvero inaccettabili. L\u2019ordinanza di sequestro dell\u2019azienda responsabile dell\u2019inquinamento costituisce un valido deterrente per scoraggiare il ripetersi di episodi analoghi.<br \/>\nLa Regione continuer\u00e0 a fornire ogni collaborazione per le azioni di contrasto allo smaltimento illegale dei reflui zootecnici.
