Un&#8217;operazione meticolosa \u00e8 stata eseguita dalla Polizia Municipale di Falciano del Massico, guidata dal Comandante <em><strong>Gennaro Ianniello<\/strong><\/em>. Gli agenti, attraverso un sopralluogo, hanno verificato la presenza di un avvio di costruzione non permessa in quell&#8217;area.<br \/>\nSecondo quanto si apprende (documentato anche da materiale fotografico), all&#8217;ingresso di in un fondo agricolo, adiacente la zona della Riserva Lago, era in atto una piccola costruzione con materiale cementizio e blocchi di cemento, materiale il cui utilizzo non \u00e8 consentito in quell&#8217;area. Ne \u00e8 conseguito un sequestro. Resta alta l&#8217;attenzione e l&#8217;allerta per tutte le attivit\u00e0 che vengono svolte proprio in questa Riserva Lago.<br \/>\nDa parte della Polizia Municipale sta emergendo grossa attenzione in tema di tutela dell&#8217;ambiente. Ricordiamo, inoltre, che proprio nell&#8217;Area Lago sono stati avviati i lavori a cura della SMA Campania, volti al ripristino ed alla salvaguardia dell&#8217;intera zona.
