CASTEL VOLTURNO (CE): SEQUESTRO DI UN FUCILE DA CACCIA E DENUNCIA DI UN CACCIATORE SORPRESO AD ESERCITARE ATTIVIT\u00c0 VENATORIA \u00a0IN GIORNATA DI SILENZIO A CURA DEI CARABINIERI FORESTALE DELLA LOCALE STAZIONE<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n

CRONACA<\/strong>. Militari appartenenti alla Stazione Carabinieri Forestale di Castel Volturno, durante un servizio di controllo del territorio, hanno sorpreso C.S. da Cancello ed Arnone (CE) dell\u2019et\u00e0 di 59 anni, alla localit\u00e0 \u201cCasa Diana\u201d del comune di Castel Volturno (CE), nei pressi dell\u2019impianto idrovoro del Consorzio di Bonifica, mentre era in atteggiamento di caccia con un fucile caricato a 3 colpi, all\u2019interno di un appostamento temporaneo realizzato in canne nei pressi di uno specchio d\u2019acqua, in giornata di silenzio venatorio (venerd\u00ec), contravvenendo, pertanto, la precipua previsione normativa che vieta la caccia nei giorni di marted\u00ec e di venerd\u00ec.
\nPertanto, i predetti militari hanno proceduto all\u2019immediato sequestro del fucile da caccia calibro 12 e del relativo munizionamento ed hanno deferito, in stato di libert\u00e0, il predetto C.S. per esercizio venatorio in giornata di silenzio.
