A Caserta, poco dopo la mezzanotte, a seguito di segnalazione della Sala Operativa, l\u2019immediato intervento della Volante, in via Vittorio Veneto, ha consentito l\u2019arresto dell\u2019extracomunitario che aveva minacciato un automobilista. La vittima, nel riprendere la propria vettura, era stato avvicinato da Ettebssi il quale gli aveva chiesto del denaro per il parcheggio dell\u2019 auto. Il parcheggiatore, non contento di quanto offertogli, si era scagliato contro l\u2019automobilista, prima minacciandolo verbalmente, poi con una pietra.
