Durante il controllo i militari hanno accertato che nell\u2019impianto, privo di autorizzazione alla gestione dei rifiuti, erano presenti ingenti quantitativi di rifiuti speciali, pericolosi e non pericolosi, di natura eterogenea <em>(costituiti da vetro, ingombranti, carcasse di frigoriferi, pneumatici fuori uso, raee, abiti usati, plastica, sfalci di potatura, farmaci scaduti, pile esauste, legno, carta e cartone ecc\u2026)<\/em>, depositati sia in cassoni, sia direttamente sul nudo terreno.<br \/>\nNell\u2019area stazionavano due camion compattatori contenenti residui di RSU con evidente ricaduta del percolato sul suolo.
