E\u2019 in corso un\u2019operazione della Polizia di Stato di Caserta finalizzata all\u2019esecuzione di un\u2019ordinanza di custodia cautelare emessa, su richiesta della Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Santa Maria Capua Vetere, nei confronti di 13 persone indagate in relazione al delitto di associazione a delinquere. L\u2019operazione, che oltre ai suddetti arresti riguarda altre 49 persone denunciate in stato di libert\u00e0, ha consentito di disarticolare una complessa organizzazione criminale che garantiva il rilascio fraudolento di patenti di guida; sono coinvolti anche funzionari della Motorizzazione Civile casertana, nonch\u00e9 titolari e dipendenti di autoscuole.
