In particolare la casetta in legno, delle dimensioni in pianta di mt 5.60 x mt 3.90 ed altezza media di mt 2.95, \u00e8 risultata installata su una platea in conglomerato cementizio armato. Gli accertamenti, coadiuvati dalla presenza sul posto del Responsabile del locale Ufficio Tecnico Comunale, hanno evidenziato trattarsi di opere in corso di esecuzione in assenza del necessario permesso a costruire, in area peraltro inclusa nella I^ Zona dei terreni sottoposti a vincolo per scopi idrogeologici di cui al Regio Decreto n. 3267\/1923. I predetti Carabinieri Forestale hanno proceduto al sequestro preventivo d\u2019iniziativa di quanto descritto, in quanto vi erano ragioni d\u2019urgenza e per impedire che il reato venisse portato ad ulteriori conseguenze, nei confronti del proprietario che \u00e8 stato deferito in stato di libert\u00e0 per esecuzione di opere edili in assenza del prescritto permesso di costruire.<br \/>\n<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23149 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG-20190517-WA0007.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VAIRANO PATENORA: SEQUESTRO GIUDIZIARIO DI CASETTA IN LEGNO IN CORSO DI ABUSIVA REALIZZAZIONE.
