P.<\/strong>, cl.\u00a0<strong>1998<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong>I. G.<\/strong>\u00a0cl.<strong>1995<\/strong>, entrambi domiciliati ad Orta di Atella. I due fidanzati sono stati bloccati dopo aver ceduto, ad un\u00a0 occasionale acquirente, per la somma di\u00a0<strong>\u20ac60,00,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>3 involucri<\/strong>termosaldati contenenti\u00a0<em>cocaina,<\/em>\u00a0per un peso complessivo di\u00a0<strong>gr.1,00. I<\/strong>\u00a0militari dell\u2019Arma, a seguito di perquisizione personale e domiciliare, eseguita a carico dei due, hanno rinvenuto la somma in contanti pari ad\u00a0<strong>\u20ac255,00<\/strong>, ritenuta provento dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 illecita. Durante gli accertamenti, volti all\u2019identificazione degli stessi, l\u2019uomo, B. P., con fare repentino e violento\u00a0 ha cercato di scappare travolgendo uno dei militari. Lo stesso, per\u00f2, \u00e8 stato bloccato dopo un breve inseguimento.
