Il nuovo regolamento che attendiamo con ansia dalla Giunta regionale dovr\u00e0 tenere necessariamente conto di questo principio cardine, andando a sanare anche l\u2019anomalia che vede i Comuni limitrofi, tra cui Maddaloni, esclusi\u00a0dall\u2019Osservatorio regionale istituito per il Termovalorizzatore di Acerra\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"13\">Lo ha dichiarato ieri in Aula il Presidente della Commissione Terra dei Fuochi, Gianpiero Zinzi, interrogando l\u2019Assessore regionale all\u2019Ambiente Fulvio Bonavitacola.<\/p>\n<p data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"13\">\u201cLo stesso principio deve valere pure per i Comuni dell\u2019Alto Casertano viciniori al Termovalorizzatore di San Vittore nel Lazio: anche a loro vanno riconosciuto i vantaggi legati alla compensazione ambientale. A breve chiederemo in apposita audizione alla Giunta regionale presieduta da De Luca di risolvere la questione con la Regione Lazio guidata da Zingaretti e di portare la questione all\u2019attenzione della Conferenza Stato Regioni.
