MONDRAGONE<\/strong>.\u00a0Un processo che nasce da numerose querele e denunce sporte da una donna di Mondragone, tra l\u2019altro una nota cantante V.G., inerenti a comportamenti di stalking da parte di un 53enne di Mondragone, L.E.
\nLa donna, costituenda parte civile insieme al padre, un noto imprenditore E.G. e la sorella A.G., anch\u2019essa, secondo quanto si apprende, aggredita in diverse occasioni dall\u2019uomo. Sembrerebbe, infatti, che L.E. avrebbe pi\u00f9 volte assunto comportamenti violenti anche nei confronti dei familiari della denunciante V.G. Il 28 marzo si \u00e8 tenuta l\u2019udienza preliminare dove il difensore dell\u2019imputato, Avv. Gabriele Gallo, ha chiesto i termini a difesa per poter prendere cognizione del fascicolo della Procura. Le tre parti civili, difese dall\u2019Avv. Stefano Alfieri, al momento sono, chiaramente, persone offese, e nell\u2019udienza del prossimo 11 aprile, dinanzi al Gup Grammatica, si costituiranno parte civile per concorrere all\u2019affermazione della penale responsabilit\u00e0 dell\u2019imputato, resosi responsabile di numerosi episodi di stalkerizzazione, di violenza, di pedinamenti e, a volte, addirittura di gesti sconci a sfondo sessuale e di lesioni (rispettivi articoli 612 bis; 582; 612).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
