ARRESTATO ULTIMO COMPONENTE DEL GRUPPO DI 4 LADRI DI APPARTAMENTO SFUGGITO ALLA CATTURA DEL 6 NOVEMBRE U.S., LA CUI CIRCOSTANZA E\u2019 COSTATA LA VITA AL V. BRIGADIERE DEI CARABINIERI EMANUELE REALI.<\/em><\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n <\/u>\u00a0<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n Alle ore 21.30 odierne, in Caserta, i militari della Compagnia di Caserta hanno eseguito il fermo di indiziato di delitto \u2013 emesso dalla Procura della Repubblica di Santa Maria Capua Vetere \u2013 nei confronti di Attanasio Pasquale, cl. 94, di Napoli, identificato quale ultimo componente del gruppo di 4 ladri di appartamento che era sfuggito alla cattura il 6 novembre scorso, nel corso dell\u2019operazione in cui ha perso la vita il V.Brig. Emanuele REALI. L\u2019arrestato \u00e8 ritenuto responsabile di concorso in furto in abitazione, resistenza a P.U. e morte come conseguenza di altro reato.
