Un&#8217;azienda proveniente da Grumo Nevano, che tra proroghe e &#8220;gare&#8221; come unica offerente era libera di spadroneggiare. Numerosi cittadini vessati e pignorati, hanno espresso in questi anni anche sui social il proprio malcontento. Finanche, nell&#8217;ultimo bando gli uffici comunali hanno rilevato nel mese di luglio 2018, anomalie nel calcolo dell&#8217;importo posto a base di gara, nell&#8217;aggio spropositato del 9% (Equitalia pratica il 6%) e nella durata del contratto molto vincolante per ben 9 anni. Una gara strutturata a favore di qualcuno ma non della cittadinanza, in violazione della trasparenza e parit\u00e0 di trattamento. Ora l&#8217;amministrazione potr\u00e0 contrarre con il miglior offerente, spuntando le condizioni favorevoli per l&#8217;ente e per la cittadinanza.
