L&#8217;Attestato d&#8217;Onore \u00e8 una benemerenza riservata ai minori che, al momento della segnalazione, non abbiano ancora compiuto il diciottesimo anno di et\u00e0. Nell&#8217;alba di terrore del 21 agosto scorso, fu il piccolo ad aiutare i Vigili del Fuoco nelle operazioni di recupero sue e dei fratellini. \u00c8 stato questo il motivo della segnalazione al Segretariato della Presidenza, che valuta i casi di assegnazione attraverso dei criteri ferrei e ben specifici.
