{"id":16606,"date":"2017-09-21T15:25:21","date_gmt":"2017-09-21T13:25:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=16606"},"modified":"2017-09-21T15:25:21","modified_gmt":"2017-09-21T13:25:21","slug":"spaccio-di-droga-ed-evasione-due-arresti-in-poche-ore-nomi-e-foto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=16606","title":{"rendered":"Spaccio di droga ed evasione: due arresti in poche ore &#8211; NOMI E FOTO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>CRONACA<\/strong>.\u00a0I Carabinieri della Stazione di San Prisco (CE), in Santa Maria Capua Vetere (CE), nel corso di un servizio di controllo del territorio hanno arrestato in flagranza di reato per detenzione ai fini di spaccio di sostanza stupefacente,\u00a0<strong>Coppola Gianluca<\/strong>, cl.\u00a0<strong>1991<\/strong>, residente a Santa Maria Capua Vetere.<br \/>\nL\u2019uomo, accortosi della presenza della pattuglia dell\u2019Arma in viale Europa ha subito cercato di scappare disfacendosi, nel contempo, di due involucri risultati poi essere panetti di hashish.<br \/>\nDopo un breve inseguimento a piedi, Coppola Gianluca \u00e8 stato bloccato ed arrestato. Lo stupefacente rinvenuto, risultato avere un peso complessivo di 186 gr., \u00e8 stato sottoposto a sequestro. La successiva perquisizione domiciliare, eseguita presso l\u2019abitazione dell\u2019arrestato, ha permesso di rinvenire ulteriore sostanza stupefacente del medesimo tipo, ripartita in tre panetti, del peso complessivo di gr. 8. L\u2019uomo \u00e8 stato sottoposto agli arresti domiciliari presso la propria abitazione, in attesa di essere giudicato con rito direttissimo.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nI Carabinieri della Stazione di San Felice a Cancello (CE), in quel centro, hanno dato esecuzione all\u2019ordine di carcerazione emesso dal Tribunale ordinario di Santa Maria Capua Vetere\u00a0 \u2013 ufficio esecuzioni penali, nei confronti di\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Cioffi Antonio<\/strong>, cl.\u00a0<strong>1966<\/strong>, residente a San Felice a Cancello.<br \/>\nL\u2019uomo dovr\u00e0 scontare la pena della reclusione di\u00a0<strong>mesi 6<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>poich\u00e9 ritenuto responsabile di evasione, commesso nell\u2019anno 2012 nel comune di San Felice a Cancello.
