{"id":14650,"date":"2017-04-22T09:35:28","date_gmt":"2017-04-22T07:35:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=14650"},"modified":"2017-04-22T09:35:28","modified_gmt":"2017-04-22T07:35:28","slug":"shock-a-mondragone-ferisce-alla-testa-un-uomo-e-poi-spara-contro-la-sua-casa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thereportzone.it\/?p=14650","title":{"rendered":"SHOCK A MONDRAGONE &#8211; Ferisce alla testa un uomo e poi spara contro casa della vittima"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>MONDRAGONE<\/strong>.\u00a0I Carabinieri dell\u2019Aliquota Operativa della Compagnia di Mondragone, in Santa Maria Capua Vetere, presso la locale casa circondariale, hanno eseguito un\u2019ordinanza di custodia cautelare in carcere, emessa dal GIP del Tribunale di Santa Maria Capua Vetere\u00a0 a carico di DEGLI SCHIAVI Michele, cl. 88, di Mondragone.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nIl 29enne nella mattinata del 28 marzo u.s., in Mondragone,\u00a0 a seguito di una lite con un 48enne di origini tunisine, suo vicino di casa, scaturita per futili motivi, dopo averlo aggredito procurandogli ferita alla testa, esplodeva cinque colpi di pistola all\u2019indirizzo del portoncino d\u2019ingresso dell\u2019abitazione della vittima, dandosi poi alla fuga e rendendosi irreperibile.<br \/>\nIn quella circostanza la vittima venne refertata presso la clinica Pineta Grande di Castel Volturno venendo giudicata guaribile con gg 10 s.c. per \u201ctrauma cranico non commotivo\u201d. Sempre in quella circostanza a seguito di sopralluogo i militari dell\u2019Arma rinvennero e sequestrarono nr 5 ogive piccolo calibro conficcate all\u2019interno del portoncino blindato del 48enne tunisino.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>VINTAGE GRANDI FIRME.
