Su un&#8217;area di oltre 200 metri quadri il gestore, identificato e denunciato, ha realizzato due manufatti in legno con una attigua tenda tipo campeggio adibiti a cucina e a deposito delle attrezzature balneari. L&#8217;arenile \u00e8 stato occupato con ombrelloni, sdraio e tavolini. Tutto il materiale \u00e8 stato sequestrato. Sia l&#8217;attivit\u00e0 che le strutture sono risultate tutte abusive. Inoltre, sempre nelle acque di Castel Volturno, \u00e8 stato bloccato un peschereccio con a bordo due quintali circa di molluschi bivalvi che sono stati sequestrati e successivamente distrutti, in quanto provenienti da acque non classificate dall&#8217;autorit\u00e0 sanitaria.
